What will it cost to hire Supersonic Sounds
Our prices vary depending on times, location etc. but a rough guide can be found on our PRICES page, contact us for a personal quotation.
Do you require a Deposit
A deposit of 25% will be required at time of booking with the balance payable on the the day of the function.
SERVICES
Do you Cater for 18th & 21st Birthdays
Yes we do in fact we can cater for ..any birthday, wedding, corporate Function. In fact you name a reason for a disco and we can cater for it.
Do you offer Karaoke
Yes we do, we can offer Karaoke on its own or why not try mixing it with a disco.
ORGANISING YOUR EVENT
Can we meet with you
Absolutely.. we can meet at your home, place of work or the venue itself, or maybe you wish to come and meet when we are performing.
We are also having other entertainment, can you work around them.
Yes of course we can, we often work with bands and entertainers. This arrangement works well as this can provide non-stop entertainment throughout the night.
Our Function is taking place in a marquee, will this cause any problems.
No it shouldn't but please check with your marquee supplier to ensure they will be providing power sockets, If not we MUST be advised..
How long do you require to set up and take down your disco.
This depends on access but will take between 30 and 45 minutes but we try to arrive 1 hour before your function.
SAFETY
Are you insured.
Yes we hold public liability insurance to the value of £5 million, we can provide a copy of the certificate upon request.
Is Your Equipment safe.
All our equipment has just been replaced and most is under 1 year old anything over 1 year is PAT tested annually. We can provide a copy of our PAT certificate upon request.
Do You use Smoke & Strobe lighting.
Many venues do not allow smoke machines, If your function is in a venue that allows there use please let us know and we will provide one at no extra cost. Strobe lighting is not used but our lighting is some of the most modern available.
